Changing Behavior to Normal

May Be Easier Than You Think

For more than six decades it has been well known that brain chemistry effects a persons "personality". More than two decades ago, it was learned that a lack of certain chemicals, manufactured in the brain, could cause a person to crave alcohol and/or any of the opiate drugs. Shortly thereafter it was also learned that these brain chemicals, opioid (and other) neurotransmitters, occurred in short supply for the lack of common nutrients. Supplementing these nutrients usually overcame the otherwise resulting cravings.

In 1991 it was learned that from the lack of these same nutrients, young people exhibited lack of focus, an inability to "sit still", hold their temper, or to sleep and other numerous social inabilities.

All of these inabilities were often overcome by taking alcohol or opiate drugs, or by consuming the missing nutrients.

Results and timing may vary with each individual.
